"the owner/manager at Westbrook could teach a course on customer service… When my car stalled at a major intersection after a 12-hour drive, I knew I wanted it towed to Tim even though it was across the city. He called me the next morning after an assessment explaining that it was the transmission and that I needed to take it to the dealer. He had researched the make and model and found that my transmission was still under warranty. Given this information, I called the dealer only to be told that my warranty had expired. When I relayed this to Tim, he not only copied the actual warranty information for me, he even called the manufacturer's helpline and verified that a vehicle with my car's serial number was, in fact, still under warranty…Thank you, Tim and your Westbrook crew, for going beyond and helping this senior woman who would not have known to challenge the dealer."
