Mint Auto, wow! This shop and team are amazing. I stumbled upon them after my car died in the middle of the road and it happened to be the nearest option with good reviews. I’ve been coming here ever since. I’m a bit hesitant to give reviews just because it can be tough to know if a shop will be consistent but since my first car hiccup, there’s been a few other repairs and maintenance I’ve had done by these folks and what I’ll say is that they are great and have been so consistent. Here’s a few things I want to highlight: 1. The guy I speak to on the phone has never spoken rudely or condescending to me. He always explains the repairs and rationale for why things should get done, breaks down the estimate and after talking to a few car people I know (sometimes chatGPT) and recommending a friend to this shop, this has been A+ for me and others. 2. If they don’t think something is necessary and could be optional, without prompting they gave me that option! I had a jammed window and I really appreciated how considerate they were to let me know different ways we could handle the repair. Another time, they could have done many things with my vehicle and upcharged me but instead, they let me know honestly they couldn’t find the source and preferred I saved my money and came back when we had more definitive answers. 3. They are always so quick and do try to be as accommodating as possible. My car broke down again recently and I had AMA tow my vehicle here. I expected the car to be fixed within 7-10 days since the closest appointment was in that timeframe but instead, they got it back to me within 3-4 squeezing me in so I didn’t have to wait so long. They’ve got a loyal customer in me from here on out. I hope you’ll consider giving them a try! Great local auto service that deserves all the praise.
