Mint is my new mechanic, I went in the first time for an oil change on an older vehicle and they did their routine inspection. They didn’t present me with a laundry list of things that had to be done! So refreshing. Said yah come back next year for brakes. Also I had an experience recently where my exhaust system was noisy, so I took it to them. They diagnosed the problem and told me to go to Calgary Muffler (carline). Saving me $1800. Thank you Mint. I’ll be back.

I had been getting a bit of the run around from a couple different shops and eventually ended up trying these guys. The guy I spoke to on the phone seemed very knowledgeable, he quickly understood my issues and clearly explained the potential problems we might run into and what my options were and got me booked in without having to wait long for an appointment. We didn't end up having any problems and they were able to fix a wiring issue I had and performed the diagnostic steps we went in for and I was able to pick it up the same day I dropped it off.

Travis was friendly and pleasant. They did a diagnostic. The only thing is I wasn't told what the cost would be. Knowing things slip our minds is understandable.

Had a great experience at this shop. I'll definitely be back. Travis is a common sense, reasonable, honest guy. He kept me in the loop, and focused on the problem I was having, rather than trying to sell me parts I didn't need. He was knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Joy was very nice also, and explained all that was done upon pick up. The cost of the repair was reasonable. Customer service lives here! 👍

In the past we’ve used Mint Auto Repair (Westbrook location) but this was our first time using Mint’s mobile service. Our Honda Pilot would not start and we didn’t want to tow it into the shop. It was not a simple battery or other obvious issue. It wasn’t urgent so the mechanic arrived at our house on Monday morning following the weekend. Took 15 minutes to diagnose and repair the brake switch (simple plastic piece under steering wheel).

I’ve been going to Mint Auto for my oil changes for years, and I’ve always had a good experience. Booking is easy, and the front desk staff is always professional and helpful. I also appreciate that they always call me first if they find something that needs repair or replacement and let me decide whether to proceed or wait. Definitely recommend Mint Auto!
