This is the best shop in the city hands down! The best customer service I have ever received, not to mention the skill and experience behind all of their work. I won’t ever take my vehicle anywhere else.

Would definitely not use this company again. Booked my vehicle in for a winter tire change. Appointment was for 8am and when making the booking was told I could wait for the vehicle as the tire change would take approximately 1.5 hours. This turned out not to be the case and their excuse was that they had overbooked appointments.I was told to return at around 11.30am. Went back to fetch the vehicle at 12pm and found that my GMC tire valve caps had been replaced with black plastic ones, my plastic tire covers had been destroyed and they had no replacements to offer and most importantly they had not recalibrated my tire pressure monitoring system. When I queried about the tire pressure monitoring system not being recalibrated I was told to make another appointment to have it done. Due to the inconvenience of having to take the vehicle back and the bad service I received I will be attending to the tire pressure monitoring system myself

Exceptional customer service especially from Joy. Had my car towed there to be looked at the next day. There was a slight hiccup where we thought it was fixed but there seemed to be another problem but they were incredibly apologetic and took care of it right away. They even went as far as offering me a ride home. Not to mention it was extremely reasonably priced as well. Truly went above and beyond.

Edit - No one have ever called me back and no appointment was set. at least be honest with the information you share!!! call them to set an appointment to change light bulb - the guy that answered me said they have the part and after couple of minutes said he will have to order it and it might take couple of hours - I have mention that I have to replace the bulb same/next day as I have to leave to BC. he took my phone number and promised to call back in an hour, two tops. waited for hours and didn't got any call back - tried to call them again no answer .. called the next day - same thing no answer. .. NOT the firs time with this location - once they canceled my appointment and didn't even informed anyone until I got there and got such a rude respond from the guy who set at the reception! what a great customer service - went to anther place and got everything done in no time with and exceptional service Thanks for nothing

Hi Laurita, At Mint Auto Service, we take any review under 5-stars quite seriously. Upon further investigation, our service manager did order your bulbs (they are actually still sitting at the shop) as soon as he spoke with you. He advised you to return at 3:00pm for the installation that same day. The bulbs arrived within the hour as soon as he got off the phone with you, he called you to let you know they had arrived and you did not answer. You also did not make the 3:00pm appointment as was discussed. As for the other instance you mention, we do not cancel appointments on our customer's, this is one of our company's policies. These are exceptionally helpful, honest humble people. My car was stalling, I was very worried, incase this breaks down in the middle of no where so I called Mint Auto for an emergency appointment. The kind receptionist was able to accommodate me the very same day. Once I got there, Sean a very kind, humble & knowledgable car mechanic took my car straight in. He woked with his colleague to figure out an insect had got into my Mass Air Flow sensor causing it to malfunction. It took them 30 minutes & then they wont charge me for fixing my car in an emergency. I had to literally, request them, to please kindly bill me something & the kind receptionist was humble to bill me $36+ GST. You can see the ethics, kindness & willingness to help someone. From what I have seen, they treat everyone the same.
