I took my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel in to have the glow plugs replaced and although they encountered some difficulty, they persevered to rectify the challenges posed by the marriage of Mercedes and Chrysler regarding the diesel engine. They were very concerned about my cost and any inconvenience to me and went well out of their way to make me satisfied.
