I have been coming to this location for the past 15 years. Joel and his team who recently took over the business provided one of the most pleasant experiences I've had there to date. Joel is professional, courteous, and communicative. He and his team were super prompt getting my van in and serviced for new front and rear brakes. Their assessment was thorough, and my repair options were well explained and fairly priced, without any pressure or up-sell tactics. Joel also recognized my last name from when my father had brought his vehicle into the shop previously, and generously offered a discount for customer loyalty. I am well impressed, and will certainly be returning and recommending. Right on.
