Southeast Auto has been my go to place for my two cars for almost two years. I have got excellent customer service from Jay and his team. They explain everything in detail and provide the excellent value for the money . If you pre-book your appointment, the car is usually finished the same day.

They make sure you understand what’s going on with your vehicle and help you prioritize what really needs to be done. They’ve saved my butt on several occasions and continue to be my go-to for anything car related!

The team at SE Auto without a doubt excels in customer service. The team, and Israel in specific, kept in regular touch with me regarding my vehicle and out of province inspection. They took the time to search throughout the city for the parts my vehicle needed and provided me with numerous quotes to ensure the best value. Had a great experience with these guys! Came to SE Auto Serv for a second opinion, after being told I had to replace my PTU (Power Transfer Unit) by a nearby dealership auto service at a cost of $2700. They invited me to come by that day where they’d pull a mechanic off their work to provide a free assessment on the spot. Brought me into the garage to see the issue firsthand, explain the technical details with me, and discuss options. They cared enough about my cost savings to take it apart, do the required maintenance and service, and THEN determine whether replacement was necessary. Turns out I did NOT need to spend the $2700 to replace the unit. A great example of the value of taking the time to ask the right questions in order to best serve the customer. The staff was great, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Southeast Auto Service will now be looking after my vehicle from here forward.

I went to Southeast Auto for my Out of Province inspection. Price was comparable to other facilities, but service and detailed explanations were impeccable. The staff was very friendly and knew their stuff. I was not pushed to have anything done that was not necessary to the OPI. I will go back for sure.
