Since I started taking my vehicle there, my wife’s vehicle, and some other family members vehicles, we have all had a great experience!!! They are very honest and trustworthy, never ripped us off, or done things and charged us for things that were not necessary, etc. They are great with getting us in, even on short notice. We have never had a single problem with anything or anyone there anytime we have taken a vehicle there. Their prices are great and they definitely do not over charge for anything! We have actually even saved money by going there, rather than to a dealership or another shop. Example: Ford was going to charge about $2869 for work on this one particular vehicle we brought in. Southeast Auto Service did the whole job for $1508. I can only say great things about Southeast Auto Service and the employees and their services! Would not EVER go anywhere else! Fantastic service. Jason and his team here saved me! My water pump was leaking and not only were they able to get me in same day, they had a loaner car there for me to use so I wouldn't be stuck! Would recommend for anyone looking for an A+ mechanic and service shop. Will be back again for any other problems!

I've been bringing my car here for about 5 years and have always left happy with the level of service and information provided about my vehicle. The staff always tell me honestly whether a problem needs immediately attention or if it can wait awhile; they explain the checks that were done and give me an idea of what to expect in the future. There are never any surprises or pushy sales tactics given either!

I took my car in yesterday for an inspection at Southeast Auto Service. Having never been here before I had no idea what to expect. Jay was so great to deal with! Very friendly and professional. I even had something happen later on in the day (lol) and I called them up and were more than willing to help me out. Thank you guys, you are awesome! Nothing but great things to say about this place. I would highly recommend.

Jay was super helpful, very informative and thorough. Easily the most personable and respectful mechanic services I've had the need for. I went in for rear brakes and differential leaks, Jay broke down what I needed and it wasn't brakes at this time - even though he could've easily said "you should do the brakes".... He quoted me a price, didn't deviate and laid out exactly what was needed. Will definitely go back to him again for services. The courtesy vehicle was definitely a huge bonus!
