I first met Tim Taylor (Honest! Not "Tool Time Tim) in June 2017. I have a 2010 Ford Escape with 32K (really!) and no AC. The AC system was TOAST! I had taken the vehicle to Metro Ford for repairs (warranty over) and was told "the AC system was contaminated" and the entire system had to be replaced! I had a hard time accepting this diagnosis and shopped around. I discussed my concerns with Tim and he was upfront, "$198 Diagnostic and I will call you with the price to repair your AC". At the end of day, I have AC that works for under $700! Far less than replacing the entire AC system! Since then I have had two opportunities to use their services, a malfunction fan switch, alternator, radiator and brakes (Not the same vehicle!) and I would recommend (and have) their services to everyone! In addition, your vehicle is READY when Tim says IT IS! I called him this morning to get an idea when my car would be ready to pick up. I was told "2 pm" at 1:55 pm I received a voice mail message from Tim "Your vehicle is ready to be picked up." AND guess What? The bill for the service as EXACTLY AS QUOTED! Took our older vehicle in to get the brakes, muffler and AC looked at as all were in desperate need of repair. However, because of the condition/age of the vehicle we weren't sure if it would be worth fixing at all. Tim and his team provided a detailed overview of the work that needed to be done and made sure we had a good understanding of the situation before making a decision to proceed or not. Thanks, Tim!

I brought my car in a month ago for brake replacement. Tim was courteous and took the time to explain the work that was required, and the work that was recommended. He walked through each of the recommended items individually to help me determine what could be postponed / delayed, or simply done myself. I will be returning.

Took our 2009 Honda Accord to the dealer for an oil change and brake inspection. Long story short then wanted to machine the front rotors, and said the back rotors/pads/calipers were all completely shot and needed to be replaced. Also said the brake fluid needed to be fully flushed. I was skeptical since the last time they machined the rotors we still had shimmying in the brakes when a steep hill. I had gone to Tim at Speedy/Apollo in the past, so drove over to see him to get his perspective. They were able to fit me in and gave the brakes their inspection. Long story short, better to just replace the front and back rotors/pads, nothing wrong with the rear calipers, and the brake fluid was clean and did not need to be replaced. Brakes are now working great again, and saved me $400 or more (and I have new front rotors vs rotors that would have been machined and therefore would have needed to be replaced in a few years). Very happy with their service -- honest, not trying to sell you stuff you don't actually need to do. Highly recommend them and I'll be bringing both my Honda and Toyota to them going forward (since I'm just sick of being screwed over by the dealers).

I am very happy with the service that I received at this garage. The customer service was excellent and very helpful. I felt the pricing was fair and the work was done quickly. They gave me a good assessment of my vehicle and let me know of other areas that may need to be looked at in the future. Since my first visit I have continued to bring my car to this garage whenever it needs to looked at or serviced.

I've been looking for an honest and reputable auto repair shops for some time. I called Tim and visited about the needed maintenance for my car and was completely impressed. My subsequent repairs were quickly and efficiently completed and Tim made several suggestions on how I could save money! Excellent service and uncommon honesty. I'll be back!

I have brought several of my vehicles to Tim and the service has always been great. Tim is fair and honest and the quality of work is excellent. I have used Tim for work from oil changes to vehicle inspections to exhaust and have never been disappointed. Great shop, good honest people. Would recommend Tim to anyone.
