Hi Joe, we take any review under 5 stars quite seriously. Unfortunately it looks like you were looking for a straight-pipe repair on your newer vehicle which is something that our staff told you would not be possible on your vehicle. Our exhaust specialist did not recommend it, as it would not be able to be done properly. Therefore a proper replacement service was the only option. At Mint Auto Service, we would not complete a repair that would cause more headaches for you and us down the road. We would be more than happy to book you back in to complete a proper repair. I had a wonderful experience! The staff are friendly and after a 1.5 hour inspection to see what was wrong - they found nothing and DID NOT charge me. I will recommend these guys to everyone! Thanks Mint!

As if being 6 months pregnant wasn’t stressful enough, a handful of things went wrong with my Tiguan all at once when it was -30 for a week straight. I brought it in and not only were they able to fix everything for a fair price but I got my car back within 3 days! Super friendly staff and great communication back and forth about what needed to be done and what the costs would be.
