Tim and his crew are a great bunch of Mech 's , the shop is very approachable, I've been a costumer for nearly 15 years with out an issue this is an honest shop with out a question in my area I'm surrounded by many garages but speedy is my preference. Give them a try you will be alright.

I was in an emergency situation that I needed my car fixed ASAP and it was 2 days before Christmas. They took it in on the 23rd and had it fixed by 10:30am Christmas Eve. Amazing!! And the owner is very personable and easy to talk to (I'm a female that doesn't take good care of my vehicle).

The owner, Tim has always been good to me, and I have complete confidence in his estimates and recommendations. On my most recent visit he fixed an air hose that had fallen off (causing rough running and stalling) for free, although I did pay to have some additional work done after that. It was a really simple fix, granted, but a nice gesture anyway. He takes my description of any problems with the car seriously and investigates them to the best of his ability, without giving you the "runs fine in the shop, couldn't fix" runaround. I have in the past had an occasional problem with some of the staff leading to misunderstandings and causing me some concern in recommending this place. However I've had no issues recently and it is back to being the first place I always take my car for service. Ask for Tim, he's good. I can't vouch for any of the rest.

We are so fortunate to have a very reliable service centre that services our vehicles at very reasonable rates. It is great that when we need a service that we are able to fit it in to our time schedule especially my husband who works and needs his vehicle. Tim is so pleasant to talk to and has our safety in mind when doing a thorough check of our vehicles. We have had Tim as our mechanic for approximately 20+ years now. Our children take their vehicles to Tim too as they have seen how good the service has been for us. Thanks Tim! PB

There is a large amount of 'fake users,' who I typically assume are either the store/restaurant owners or their competition that write overly critical, or overly hyped reviews. And as such, the glory of reading reviews, with the end result being consumer awareness, is dependent on the masses. More reviews = more accuracy. Therefore, I am writing my first review to help change that. This review is to give complete praise to Speedy Brakes, and especially their gm or owner Tim (not sure what exactly he is). I had a basic brake job done - and it was done quickly, and the price seemed fair, and his presence and happy demeanour were seriously appreciated. I did have to return a few weeks later because I heard a noise coming from one of my rear tires. This may have been a result of their work - or not. Either way, they called me within 45 minutes and said it was a lose lug nut. They fixed the issue immediately, without question and without cost. And they didn't have to. I volunteered to pay and he kindly declined. I was going to write after my first experience, simply because I liked the guy and was happy with the work they did. But this made me feel compelled. I only hope that this particular Speedy Brake Centre gets several more reviews so that they get the proper credit they deserve.
