I have been a satisfied customer of Tim's for 11 years. When arriving in Calgary and needing a vehicle inspection, I took my vehicle to Speedy Apollo, Westbrook. I am a single, senior woman and need to have someone I can trust to service my car. Tim has always been honest and forthright with me about my vehicle and has treated me with respect and always a smile on his face. His employees are always friendly and eager to help in any way necessary. I first took my car to Tim at Speedy Apollo Westbrook over ten years ago after receiving an outrageous quote for exhaust system work from my dealership. Not only did Tim give me a great deal, he and his team provided top quality service and workmanship in a 'speedy' timeframe. Since then, Tim's shop has been my only source for automotive maintenance and repair. Tim gives me the straight story on exactly what needs to be done and does everything he can to accommodate both my scheduling and budget. I trust his judgment completely and he has never 'steered me wrong'. I have referred many friends to Tim and will continue to use his services as long as he continues to provide them!

I am relatively new to Calgary and do a fair amount of my shopping based on customer feed back. I rarely write reviews however Tim and his team were fantastic. I made arrangements to drop my car off for Wednesday morning. I did not need my car any more on a Tuesday afternoon, so I dropped it off early so it was there for first thing Wednesday morning. Not only did they repair my exhaust for exactly what they quoted but then got it finished the same day I dropped it off. An entire day before i was scheduled to be there! Really happy with the service and turn around time. Tim has a genuine interest in his customers, well done sir. It is rare to find quality service like this anymore.

Started bringing my cars here about 7 years ago because it was the local shop close to home. Very lucky I did! Tim and his crew provide exceptional service and workmanship. Most recently I dropped off my Ford Explorer, no phone call or apt and they were able to look at it and have it repaired within a day. They take the time ensure you understand the issues and what the options are for repair and work within your budget as best they can. Tim the owner, manager at the Westbrook could teach a course on customer service highlighting how to deal with female customers. I'd reciently moved to this area of the city and found I needed my muffler replaced on my six year old car. I was pleased to discover that this location was a full service operation because I was impressed with the service from start to finish. So when my car stalled at a major intersection after a 12 hour drive I knew I wanted it towed to Tim even though it was across the city. He called me the next morning after an assessment explaining that it was the transmission and that I needed to take it to the dealer. He had researched the make and model and found that my transmission was still under warranty Given this information I called the dealer only to be told that my warranty had expired. When I relayed this to Tim he not only copied the actual warranty information for me he even called the manufacturer's help line and verified that a vehicle with my car's serial number was in fact still under warranty. Tim said "Grace I'd love to take your money and I won't do that because I couldn't sleep at night". Armed with the information Tim had assembled for me I returned to the dealer and the work is being done under the warranty. Thank you Tim and your Westbrook Crew for going beyond and helping this senior woman who would not have known to challenge the dealer. I've dealt with Tim on multiple occasions with all my vehicles. I have always be treated extremely well, and he has always been very honest. It's hard to find someone with values like Tim, and one who does the work right. We haven't had any problems with any of the repairs or maintenance done to our vehicles. Would highly recommend.
