Mint Auto did not and would not honor their warranty. Warranty in the back of every reciept of your money. I had a failed water pump, cost me $700 to get it fixed. Mint would not even pay for the $170 part. These people can not be trusted.

Poor service

I spent thousands for a new clutch, radiator, timing belt, water pump and more. The $170 water failed and they would not honor their warranty on the back of every receipt. Mint Auto can not be trusted.

Mint Auto can not be trusted. Mint Auto is one company. The warranty applies to all locations. My work was done at the Douglas Glen location that closed. I was at the Westbrook location with the failed water pump. On the phone with the manager many times. I got nothing!!!! Mint Auto can not be trusted to honor their warranty!!!!

I paid over $500, and not only did they fail to fix the issue, but the problem came back immediately—I couldn’t even drive home from the shop. Their so-called reassurance was, “If the issue comes back, just return and we won’t charge you the diagnostic fee.” That’s not a solution, that’s a joke. This place is a scam. They’re not interested in fixing your vehicle — they’re only interested in squeezing as much money out of you as they can. Total rip-off.

Got my oil pan gasket replaced here and was very happy with the work done. Was quickly done as well. I came here cause I liked the name

I’ve come here twice (brakes and wheel bearing) and they’ve always been very quick and efficient. I appreciate their honest feedback and they take the time to explain my options, without being pushy. Will be back
