For my recent service at Mint Steve and his team delivered their standard excellent customer care, marked by clear communication, timeliness and efficiency, cheerfulness, and fair pricing. "Why would I go anywhere else?" I ask myself. : )

Having previously having a diagnostic check, due warning lights on, had a replacement autobody throttle, and an inspection. They fixed a nail in my Tyre, and advised I had some issues with my steering. I asked if they could price out those further issues, and advise a priority ( as am on a tight budget). They willingly did do. Very helpful, great customer service.

Absolutely pleased with their service. My wife called them at the end of Tuesday to book an appointment. Even though they were pretty busy to get our car on Wednesday, they made room to fulfill our request. Excellent customer service on the phone and in person. I agree with others regarding the fair price and honesty.

I came here to get my car reassessed on a diagnosis that was given to me by my car dealership. I sincerely appreciated how honest, courteous, and friendly they were to help address my initial concerns. I feel relieved, safe, and more confident based on their diagnosis and explanation. I'm looking forward to continuing my car services with them in the future!

I recently visited Westbrook MintAuto location, beginning with calling and talking to branch manager Steve I was more then impressed by professional approach and 30 minutes later my car was on the car lift with the problem diagnosed. This auto service is honest and professional, I would recommend it for how fast they accommodated me in their schedule and fair and honest the are.

I found this business when searching for an out of province inspection for my car. I trust their review because it was so detailed and know for a fact that they communicate clearly any defects that they find. Thankfully that didn't happen to me, but I heard how they spoke to other customers while I waited.

Originally quoted me close to $1000 for a simple belt, pulleys, idle tensioner with labor. Outrageous price. Offered 10% discount, I called around to other shops and was told that was far too much. Eventually settled for under $800 with Mike.. How generous!! Was told the root cause of my serpentine belt breaking was due to a bad air conditioner compressor, apparently seizing, and clutch was stuck open - Was quoted $1700 for a new AC compressor by them..I called around and other shops were quoting me $1200 for the compressor from Mercedes Benz - I purchased a new one on rockauto for $500 ; to later have the vehicle inspected by TWO different mechanic shops / one that specializes in German automotives that my AC compressor is in perfect working order. Had to pay out of pocket to have the vehicle inspected ; and now need to return an ac compressor I didn't need... Thank god for honest shops, As the AC compressor would require the AC system to be recharged, etc...which would be close to 600-700 in labor and services.. I would advise CAUTION, and make sure to get second or third opinions before listening to what they tell you!!!!!!!
