We brought our 2004 MDX to Integron Auto for an overall check up and the staff were friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating. We are the 3rd owner of the vehicle and the maintenance history was non existent. The mechanic did a very thorough check over on the whole vehicle and provided a detailed report to review. They flagged many potential issues and explained which items should be addressed right away and which items could wait. The best part about this place is that the mechanics are honest and do great work. The kept me updated with the ongoing work and provided a loaner vehicle while the vehicle was being serviced. I would recommend Integron Auto to anyone looking for honest, accurate, and efficient vehicle maintenance. I will always have my vehicle maintenance and repairs done at this shop. Great work guys (and girls)!

I have had a variety of work done on my car from oil changes to after market parts installation and I have always found the staff to be professional, knowledgeable and fair. My car has always been done on time and a loaner provided when needed. Chad (manager) took the time to explain part co-dependencies and explained why I should really stop and think about installing some aftermarket parts. I could easily have been taken advantage of; but the staff chose to give honest advice and help educate me as the client. I will be continuing as a client and I recommend them to all.

Love the guys and gals at Integron auto, they are a bunch of straight shooters to say the least. Always felt they've given me the right advice, straight up, they lay all the information out in front of me and let me decide whats best for my vehicle. Finding a new mechanic can be extremely daunting, i've put my trust and money in these fine folks and do not regret it the slightest. Great customer service, charming and intelligent front end staff, quick service (I've never booked an appointment, and its always been done in 24 hrs), and above all else a staff who are committed to educating clients and providing them with the best maintenance possible. I had a persistent fuel leak near my engine for a long while, and was encouraged to bring my vehicle in for diagnosis right away. They asked me about other known issues that may have been related to this problem, and I described everything as best I could. In less than a business day, they fixed the broken fuel line, communicated with me what was needed and for authorization, and had me back on the road, feeling safe at last. The experience was beyond pleasant, the staff both on the phone and in person were knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They mentioned that I might have had a cracked ignition coil, which I had agreed to replace. It turns out that it did not indeed need to be replaced, and they notified me of the error in diagnosis, and didn't charge me anything to do with it, which felt entirely honest, considering I had already authorized the work to be done. The rates for the work and parts were absolutely reasonable as well, no more than any other shop, and the location is quite convenient to anyone in south Calgary. For these reasons, I will certainly give them business again, recommend them to friends, family, and co-workers, and encourage anyone in Calgary or area that is looking for an honest, timely mechanic shop to inquire with Integron!

They went out of their way to find the elusive problem and when they failed to fix it the first time the didn't charge for labour and stayed late to fix the actual issue the next time and charged reasonable price. I will be returning.

There is a large amount of 'fake users,' who I typically assume are either the store/restaurant owners or their competition that write overly critical, or overly hyped reviews. And as such, the glory of reading reviews, with the end result being consumer awareness, is dependent on the masses. More reviews = more accuracy. Therefore, I am writing my first review to help change that. This review is to give complete praise to Speedy Brakes, and especially their gm or owner Tim (not sure what exactly he is). I had a basic brake job done - and it was done quickly, and the price seemed fair, and his presence and happy demeanour were seriously appreciated. I did have to return a few weeks later because I heard a noise coming from one of my rear tires. This may have been a result of their work - or not. Either way, they called me within 45 minutes and said it was a lose lug nut. They fixed the issue immediately, without question and without cost. And they didn't have to. I volunteered to pay and he kindly declined. I was going to write after my first experience, simply because I liked the guy and was happy with the work they did. But this made me feel compelled. I only hope that this particular Speedy Brake Centre gets several more reviews so that they get the proper credit they deserve.
