Great prompt service, reliable, ethical. Brought my car to Tim and his crew for a "2nd opinion" on work another shop said had to be done. Turned out not all the work was needed. Will definitely be returning for any future work.

Tim the owner, manager at the Westbrook could teach a course on customer service highlighting how to deal with female customers. I'd reciently moved to this area of the city and found I needed my muffler replaced on my six year old car. I was pleased to discover that this location was a full service operation because I was impressed with the service from start to finish. So when my car stalled at a major intersection after a 12 hour drive I knew I wanted it towed to Tim even though it was across the city. He called me the next morning after an assessment explaining that it was the transmission and that I needed to take it to the dealer. He had researched the make and model and found that my transmission was still under warranty Given this information I called the dealer only to be told that my warranty had expired. When I relayed this to Tim he not only copied the actual warranty information for me he even called the manufacturer's help line and verified that a vehicle with my car's serial number was in fact still under warranty. Tim said "Grace I'd love to take your money and I won't do that because I couldn't sleep at night". Armed with the information Tim had assembled for me I returned to the dealer and the work is being done under the warranty. Thank you Tim and your Westbrook Crew for going beyond and helping this senior woman who would not have known to challenge the dealer. My car and my wife's car are getting up there in age. Whenever something goes wrong we take it to Tim and his crew at Speedy. Always fast, reliable and friendly service. We tried other repair places in the past until we stumbled upon Speedy, now we won't go anywhere else. Reasonable and honest rates.

I just moved back to Calgary S.W. Was looking for a good shop in my neighborhood. Thought I'd try out Speedy. What a great experience. Tim the owner took the honest time to explain everything after the inspection and keep me in the loop as the repairs were done. Another Great experience with the team at Speedy Apollo. Easy and honest shop to deal with and they actually look out for their customers. Instead of trying to talk us into a pricey repair, Tim suggested we contact Jeep/Chrysler for the item that should be covered by warranty on a recall.

I have been to Westbrook Speedy Apollo Autocenter 4-5 times now and have always found efficient and friendly service. Tim is willing to take the time to inform customers about their options and provide advice on the appropriate course of action, plus they are often able to accommodate short notice bookings. Their shop and staff have provided excellent workmanship which inspire piece of mind, highly recommended!

Our family has been bringing our older vehicles to Tim and his team at Westbrook Speedy Apollo for a few years now. They always provide great service and are very frank about what needs to be done now and what can be deferred to a later date. That frankness is invaluable when you are dealing with older vehicles that may have a limited life span. Often all that we need is just routine oil change, but Tim and his team replaced the transfer case on one of our vehicles for several hundred dollars less than other independent shops I canvassed. Their calculated maintenance has kept our older vehicles on the road in safe working order for a fraction of what it would have cost us to replace them. Their location is a bonus too as I can conveniently take the C-train after dropping off vehicles. I highly recommend Tim and his team for all your routine and complicated vehicle maintenance.
