My BMW is 9 years old, and is starting to feel his age. Maintenance on these cars is notoriously expensive, so when the Transfer Case started giving me trouble, I knew I was going to be in for a large bill, especially if I took it to the dealer. I know Integron has been very good about helping me to do the most cost effective repairs so I was stunned when we go the price of the part back... it was sounding like it would be over $6000 to fix, but Jay said they’d look at better options for me. Over the weekend, he did several hours of research to see if there was a way to not have to replace the whole transfer case, and lo and behold there was a nylon gear inside the transfer case that could be replaced. My $6000 repair turned into a $500 repair and I’m delighted to have it back with no dashboard warning lights. Thanks Integron for being a place I can trust.

Outstanding Service!!! . Although, the shop was booked up for the day. I needed a new tire due to winter conditions. Jay was able to provide me with a brand new tire and save me money. I was back on the road by the end of the day. Thanks Jay

I had bought my car second-hand knowing that the exhaust system was in pretty bad condition. When I went for a quote at other stores across Calgary & Airdrie, they kept wanting to replace my entire exhaust system averaging anywhere from 1500$-2600$. Both here and another Apollo store give me similar quotes at around 600$-700$, doing some welding and replacing only damaged parts. They spent the time evaluating the car (listening for leaks etc) instead of just taking a quick look like others had. Had the car back for almost 5 months now am extremely pleased with the work.

I would like to say what a refreshing change it was to deal with a business who provided such exceptional customer service. I'm a single woman who was interested in purchasing a 3 year old SUV that was advertised on Kijiji. There was some slight damage on the exterior and I didn`t want to be stuck with a car that would need a lot of mechanical work. Due to time constraints on the seller's part, he said that the inspection would have to be done the following day-Friday. I found that the situation was moving too quickly and didn`t want to be pressured into buying it without having an inspection done at a place of my choosing. My friend recommended that I call the place where she had been taking her vehicle, Integron Auto Centre. I called them Thursday and explained my circumstances to Jay, the manager. He booked an appointment for the inspection at noon on Friday. Other than needing a wheel alignment it was in good shape mechanically. They had also inspected the interior and exterior of the vehicle and pointed out some damages that I hadn`t seen. After mentioning to Jay that I was going to buy snow/ice tires he sourced some for me at an excellent price. All of the staff I had dealings with were polite, respectful, honest and very helpful. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop. The reception area was spotless and the bathrooms were immaculate. Huge improvement over the shop where I have been dealing.
