I am very pleased on how Jay went above and beyond his role as a manager. I went there to get a set of tires replaced and Jay helped me find a set within my price range. As he had to order them from the warehouse, i expected the tires to be here at a set date. As unforeseen events pushed my tires to a later date. He informed me of the situation and searched other warehouses for tires and was able to find a set that was local. As I needed the tires ASAP due to the snow storm coming the following week, He drove to the warehouse picking up the tires for me and getting my car into the shop within the same day. Integron is definitely going to be my place to go with my future services/maintenance

I just had the opportunity to have my truck serviced at Integron Auto Centre for front suspension work and a wheel alignment. A competitor had given me a quote for expensive replacement parts and repairs. I wanted a second opinion. My vehicle was inspected and diagnosed promptly. Integron's work order was $700 less than the competitor's quote. Integron had identical parts at half the competitor's price. The competitor had also proposed changing some parts that didn't require replacement. All service work was completed the same day and sooner than was promised. The shop is large, well equipped, and all the staff are great to deal with. I highly recommend Intregron for auto repairs. In all, I found the whole experience to be very pleasant and I am totally satisfied.

My BMW is 9 years old, and is starting to feel his age. Maintenance on these cars is notoriously expensive, so when the Transfer Case started giving me trouble, I knew I was going to be in for a large bill, especially if I took it to the dealer. I know Integron has been very good about helping me to do the most cost effective repairs so I was stunned when we go the price of the part back... it was sounding like it would be over $6000 to fix, but Jay said they’d look at better options for me. Over the weekend, he did several hours of research to see if there was a way to not have to replace the whole transfer case, and lo and behold there was a nylon gear inside the transfer case that could be replaced. My $6000 repair turned into a $500 repair and I’m delighted to have it back with no dashboard warning lights. Thanks Integron for being a place I can trust.
